For this reason, we joined the Considerate Construction Scheme, which is an organisation that works with contractors, clients, the construction supply chains and communities to improve the image of the construction industry.

A few facts about Considerate Constructors Scheme

The Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) recognizes construction companies that are committed to ensuring high levels of safety, respect, and care for public welfare throughout the construction process. It awards recognition to constructors who demonstrate excellence in their work practices and take measures to be considerate towards their workers and local neighbourhoods.

The scheme is open to all construction sites, companies, and major contractors, who are willing to follow the guidelines laid out by the industry bodies and government organisations. All registered sites will receive a nationally recognised membership of the Considerate Construction Scheme (CCS), which will give them access to educational establishments, suppliers, and contractors. The CCS also encourages consideration for the environment and the public when considering construction projects.
