Vaala completed our large and complex renovation/extension project in 2024, double storey side, 3 single storey volumes and complete strip out/refurb of the existing house (ground slab out and back to mud!).

The standard of the workmanship is exceptional. They are a well established team, with a great camaraderie and team spirit. This also comes through in the pride taken in the work and attention to detail is exceptional. This includes fitting 4 bathrooms, where I was wondering if I should use a specialist bathroom installer, specialist bathroom installers have seen the completed work and commended on how immaculate everything is! The team also provided great suggestions and creative input as we went through the project, and I’ve got a better end result not just down to the workmanship but also to the care and thought that went into all details of the project.

Build projects will always throw up their issues and challenges. When you are going through a once in a lifetime build project the last thing you need is stress from your builder. Every issue we worked through collaboratively and constructively to find a solution.

Since completion anything needed has been attended to, the aftercare promise isn’t empty words.

Going with VAALA was 100% the right decision for us and I’m delighted with the end result.
